Minuteman Food Mart at 14661 North Carolina 87, Tar Heel, North Carolina.

Went in here to use restroom and buy food. While waiting for restroom, i heard toilet flush but did not hear sink water or paper towel dispenser come on. Then food service worker comes out and looks me right in the face. I go in and see the sink is bone dry.
When i come out, i notified the cashier. She directs me to the store manager and i tell her and she says, "maybe she washed them when she went back in the kitchen." Maybe? Is that really acceptable from a food service worker who handles the publics food for immediate consumption? I think not!
